OVERVIEW – RadiArmor’s unisex EMF blocking hat features a breathable liner made of woven silver fibers that blocks over 99% of high frequency RF and millimeter wave radiation commonly associated with WiFi, cellular and 5G communication.
LAB VERIFIED – Breathable woven silver fabric is lined throughout the perimeter of the hat and is third party verified to block 99.9% of high frequency RF. Average reduction to the head inside the hat is approximately 90%. NOTE: This hat protects your head, not your whole body. Only a faraday cage can block RF from your whole body. When testing using an RF reader, please measure inside the hat. See testing instructions below.
INTEGRITY - Many EMF protection products claim 99% reduction but are referring only to the radiation blocking material itself, NOT the protection you receive. Wearing a pendant that blocks EMF offers as much a protection as a waterproof pendant would protect you in the rain. At RadiArmor, we only make EMF protection products that provide real protection.
SIZING – This unisex hat features an adjustable strap and is designed to fit most size heads but may not be suitable for people who typically require XL size hats.
CARE – Silver is naturally hypoallergenic, anti-bacterial and odor resistant and rarely requires washing. If necessary, hand wash and hang dry only. Silver naturally changes color over time but this does not affect the EMF shielding capabilities.
How to test your hat - To accurately measure the EMF-blocking effectiveness of your hat:

- Use an EMF meter that measures high-frequency RF or microwave radiation—the type emitted by cell phone towers, WiFi, and 5G.
- Compare readings in an environment with strong RF exposure (e.g., near a cell tower or WiFi router).
- Measure background levels, then take a reading inside the hat to see the reduction.
Note: Many EMF meters measure different types of electromagnetic fields. This hat is specifically designed to block high-frequency RF radiation—the type most commonly linked to potential health risks in scientific studies. This hat does not block low-frequency magnetic fields measured in milligauss (mG).
